Christina Ochoa is an actress, marine biologist, author and producer hailing from Spain. She is the granddaughter of Nobel laureate Severo Ochoa. Her hat-trick in the final game of the tournament is being praised. She's played more than 300 matches for the US national team and has scored more than 90 goals. James Galanis, the head coach for the US national team says that Carli is a top midfielder. She's determined and fully committed to the game she plays. Carli has made a lot of sacrifices in order in pursuit of her goals and adds professionalism to the squad. Carli wrote her bestseller titled "When Nobody Was watching" in 2016. In 2017 the President Obama appointed her as a co-chairperson and a member of the President's Council on Fitness, Sport and Nutrition.
